Working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" with employees of branches and banking service centers of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" in the Bokhtar region.

On May 22 of this year with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" Mr. Ikromi S.S., Deputy Chairman of the Board Sayfzoda Sh.Dzh. and heads of structural divisions of the central office of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" held a working meeting with the employees of branches and banking service centers of SSB RT of "Amonatbonk" in the Bokhtar region.

At the meeting were summed up the results of the activities of branches and banking service centers of the Bokhtar region for the first 4 months of this year.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of the Department for Regulation and Supervision of Banking Service Centers, Khaqnazarzoda Jurabek, made a presentation on the activities of and branches of banking services centers in the Bokhtar region for 4 months in 2021.

It was noted that in the Bokhtar region, 15 branches and 100 banking service centers provide various banking services to the population of this region on a daily basis. Banking centers carry out various banking operations, such as money transfers of individuals without opening an account, consulting services on all banking operations, cash transactions, payment of pensions and benefits, receiving and replacing obsolete money, receiving utility bills and other payments of the population.

Banking service center employees regularly participate in trainings and courses and strive to improve their knowledge.

Within the framework of the meeting, the results of the indicators of the banking service centers were presented on the monitor and the proposals of the heads of departments and employees to eliminate the deficiencies have been heard.

The Bank's management gave specific instructions to improve the level and quality of service, strict adherence to the rules of ethics and communication with clients, as well as a high sense of responsibility of employees.
